Uli,
My first question is, Since my footage is already in PAL, than how am I able to view it in NTSC timeline?
Isn’t it possible to retain my edit if I paste back the Same PAL footage which I have edited in NTSC timeline , back to PAL timeline?
Can you suggest any other methods , Since I took 3 months to edit this program & I have to submit it for broadcast in another 2 weeks.
Please let me know.

Paul , Thanks a ton. I am trying to do according to what you have said, but the edit menu only has Remove distortion, so I am confussed.
It would be really kind of you if you can explain ” click to remove the -20% vertical distortion that FCP has applied in the distort field of the Motion tab”
