Found my problem. Added an empty event at the beginning to provide some time at the beginning and it threw everything off.

Sorry, the subject should have been importing markers into DVDA Pro 5.2

I wanted to add intro text media to the beginning of the video.

If I rerender in Vegas and name as a different file, once I drag those into DVDA won’t it eliminate my menus I’ve set up?

Sorry, I’ve not done this that much.

    Thanks John.

I actually have been shooting 60i. Bad part about it is the footage from my $400 Sony looks better than that from the $3500 Sony.

I must have something set wrong. I’ve got some more experimenting to do.

I also found out one of my render settings was wrong. Discovered a post of yours from a couple years ago that straightened that out.

I simply wanted to add some text media to the project.

But don’t know how to replace the old version with the new in DVDA.

    Thanks again,

I assume there’s an option when I open the original DVDA file to replace the files?

My original problem I guess I ghosting or blurry video. Not crisp. I’ve seen many posts on here about that issue but I’ve never really had it myself. I’m in the middle of rerending again otherwise I’d post all the details about the project.

While rendering the display in vegas looks great. But when I watch it back on the media player or after making a DVD it looks like it was shot on an old VHS camera.

I shot the wedding with a Sony FX1 and AX2000. The wedding DVD turned out fine. The reception DVD didn’t.

    Thanks for responding.

So you made your changes in DVDA, and not Vegas? I rerendered in Vegas due to poor video quality. Thought I had something set wrong.
