Hi Mary, I guess all actual live streaming software allows you to share previously recorded video. However, OBS Studio is free, rather easy to use and quite popular. OBS is open source software that allows you to broadcast – and record – both live streams and previously recorded video with different live streaming services, like Vimeo, Facebook and Twitch.
OBS Studio became popular with streaming gamers, so don’t get de-motivated by the screaming graphics and wild effects you’ll find in many online tutorials.
An inexpensive switchboard like the ATEM Mini PRO helps smooth switching between different sources, but first spend some time getting acquainted with the OBS
Look for the instruction video’s to get you started. I’ll give you some examples of the ones I liked best.
