    1. the pixel aspect ratio is 1.2121
    2. the render template is “mainconcept mpeg2”

    1. The project properties read NTSC DV widescreen.
    2. Attributes read 720 x 480 x 24
    3. Yes, I’m using Sony Vegas Movie studio 9

    You’re going to have to tell us a bit more about what you are doing:
    What are you project properties? (i.e., which template did you use)
    What are the properties of your source footage?
    What template are you using for rendering?
    What version of Vegas are you using? (when you say the “custom button disappears” do you mean it’s grayed out?)

    Oh Ok sorry first time posting!
    1. I saved as type: mpeg-2
    2. template used was DVD architect NTSC widescreen video stream
    3. using vegas 9.0
    4. yes, i meant the custom is grayed out

    when it finishes rendering, the picture looks chopped on both sides…
