Hi Francis!
As a new member who was just scrolling through others’ problems to see if I can help I was happy to see your post as I hope I have your answer. What you can do is right click on the mono audio in question. Then click on CHANNELS, then click on SPLIT. You should see it turn into two audio tracks and will come out both speakers. Hopefully this helps!
