Converting mono audio track to stereo
How can I convert a mono audio track to stereo one in Sony Vegas 12.0? Duplicating the track is not the best method, because during video track editing I cannot preserve the synchron(editing steps effect only the original audio track). The original footage consists of 1 video and 1 mono audio track.

Hi Francis!
As a new member who was just scrolling through others’ problems to see if I can help I was happy to see your post as I hope I have your answer. What you can do is right click on the mono audio in question. Then click on CHANNELS, then click on SPLIT. You should see it turn into two audio tracks and will come out both speakers. Hopefully this helps! -
