    I did try that, but it didn’t make a difference. Maybe one of the Cowmunity leaders would be able to give some insight into this?

    There may be a couple of problems-

    1) The duplication of the first frame is offsetting the audio and video by one frame

    2) We often deliver finished elements to clients as quicktimes. I don’t want them to have to clean it up. They should be able to just drop it in their timeline.

    3) Final Cut is based on quicktime yet this issue is not present when opened in quicktime, so what is Final Cut doing differently? It’s just not right.

    Plus a new discovery- FCP is cutting off one frame from the end in the preview window and when I bring the clip into my timeline it cuts off a second frame.
