What are your thoughts on changing them to 8-bit or 10-bit uncompressed or even “none”?

[Chris Tompkins] Output timeline “current setting” reference file is fine. No need for “self contained”.

Once I change the sequence settings on my final edit, I tend to export it to Compressor through FCP without rendering… Is this a poor choice?
