I tried to do that. The problem is I have to scale the image and the quality is terrible (since Avid automatically resized it smaller to fit a whole long credit into one frame

I found out that since I installed Protools, it contains IK Multimedia CSR Hall Plugin. I couldn’t locate that plugin, and that caused FCP crashed. I don’t know how to stop FCP running that plugin… 🙁

However, I don’t run any music composing software. I do have Protool and MBox on my Mac, but I don’t run it while I’m running FCP. I don’t know if that still affects…

I did the same thing. My problem is I can see the files, but it says ‘No image available’, and when I import those files, in FC, when I click to each file, there is no media. I mean, I can see the data is there (with timecode, time lenghth….) but there is no picture. I don’t know why.
