My Final Cut Pro keeps quitting unexpectedly on launch cause by CSR Hall plug-in. I don’t know what it is, and I don’t know how to solve this problem. It worked before, then that happened, so I uninstalled FCP then I re-installed it, and the problem is still there.

Are you running a music composing piece of software like Logic etc? A quick Google leads me to believe that FCP might mistakingly be trying to install that plugin.
If so, do a spotlight search for it and remove it to another location.

However, I don’t run any music composing software. I do have Protool and MBox on my Mac, but I don’t run it while I’m running FCP. I don’t know if that still affects…

That sounds to some internal FC Plugin.
Probably FC is unable to find it or load it.
Those are the typical things that happens when your system needs some maintenance: repair Permissions and run an application to rebuild your system (and HDs0 directories.

I found out that since I installed Protools, it contains IK Multimedia CSR Hall Plugin. I couldn’t locate that plugin, and that caused FCP crashed. I don’t know how to stop FCP running that plugin… 🙁
