I’m going to try another game capture to see if that’s the issue but as far as Sony vegas goes thanks so much for the help

Thank you again for the quick response. I gave up on 1080p mainly because of the amount of time it was taking to render. I changed the project settings to 720p matched it up with the media like you said and changed the PAR to 1.0. It still appears grainy and pixelated compared to other videos recorded in 720p. Any other suggestions?

Sorry about that didn’t see I said 720p there. I record at 1080. Although even if I did record and render at 720p it gives me the same result.
