    Hello all.

I’ve had this problem with 1080 29,97 material for a long time.

I’ve updated the driver to version 8.0 and it solved the problem.

Where it used to be AJA KONA in the final cut output setting, it’s AJA KONA LHI now…

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers

Oh, sorry, I forgot to describe the problem.

The image seems to be fine, but the audio is making weird noise, like you get when you play a 41Khz in a 48Khz sequence (that is not the case). I assume it’s dropping frames as it goes…

    Hello.

I’m having the same problem. The sound outputs ok for SD and HD 720p, but whenever I switch to 1080i 29,97, the sound has trouble.

    Did anyone solve the problem?

Ps: I don’t have video generators or decks. I have a HD Monitor and a 4 channel mackie connected to my Kona Lhi. That’s all.

    Hello there.

    I just got a 1760w and I think it’s an amazing monitor!

But I have a question you might be able to answer… What is the correct gamma setting for color grading HD and SD material (not to print to film)? There’s a gamma select (film or uncorrected) and then a Film Gamma option that came set as 2.2

I know I want color temperature to be 6500K and that is the color temperature of the my ambient light as well.

    Thanks for all

  • Thanks for you answer, John.

I have not tried to clean it. Can you explain me how to do it?

    Thanks once more,
