  • This post is a long time back but I’m in desperate need of a similar effect and my add from folder button only takes me to unaccessible files in my finder! I have a folder of 1500 jpegs I really don’t want to load by hand. I’ve tried converting them but it wont accept anything, do you have any advice?

Yes the multishader, I’m on a mac version R19. I’ve double checked I have all the content browser packs enabled, and tiffs are not working either ☹ Is there anything else you can suggest? Or I just manually load in the textures as layers… if this is the case though I’ll be running out of time soon!

Thanks Steve!! I I’ve found what I need, and indeed the mograph multishader does balance distribution of each texture to my objects as explained. My only problem is uploading a whole folder of jpeg images now – I can add in each shader by hand but will take a long time – I clicked ‘add from folder’ which opened up to my mac finder but all the images I needed (jpeg) were faded and unable to be selected. Is this because of the file type? Should I convert them to something else?

    Thanks – L
