Hi, I know this thread was from years ago, but I think I have the answer if people are searching for the same thing. If you select all of the keyframes that you want to edit, then hold “ALT” and select/drag the last keyframe of the selected, you can compress/expand all of those keyframes at once. I hope this helps.
