Just to be sure, watch over your clip WITHOUT it being in Sony Vegas. If the error persists, then you know for sure it’s Vegas.
Are you getting the flicker when you are watching the clip in Preview?
Try different rendering templates when rendering the clip.
Is anything happening to your client or desktop when you are on the loading screen?
Try some of these steps and reply back when you attempt them.

I just heard about this last night. I’m psyched. While I personally do not believe that 60fps is worth the larger file size just for a bit smoother playback, there definitely is a difference, whether it’s very large or not. Although I severely hate Google for pushing their social media platform on us, this update will help a bit more.

Also, I heard that they are going to allow users to directly support the uploaders, which I’m even more excited about. Although I do not post content, nor do I plan on supporting very many people I know that some uploaders would really appreciate it.
