Found the Issue! It was a displacement map thats on the 2nd track and when I muted it, and tried to render it, there were no black bars.

It looks perfectly normal when it isn’t rendering

I noticed it was only on track 3 where it was happening, I copied all of the media and pasted it onto a new track but it still happens, I’m pretty sure it is a video fx thats causing this issue

Its none of those issues, ill check the video fx since there are many

No thats not the problem it only shows up while rendering and not at preview
