Alright thank you I followed your steps and it fixed the bars on the sides but added some on the bottoms. I’m just not going through manually and selecting 4:3 in the pan/crop settings to the ones with the bars on the bottom now.

The photos are cropped to fit that’s what I am telling you. I know about if the photo is too tall or too wide it will make black bars like you see on dvds. I am saying some have them and they wont go away no matter the amount I zoom into them

The size differs but mainly it is 1932×2576 in pixels and its blurry in the preview screen as well as when I render it. There are also black bars on the sides of the pictures on some. Not because they are too tall I have tried adjusting it using the event pan/crop and the bars are always there. Thanks for the help.
