I did resolve it by downloading the Adobe Extension Manager off their website.

Thank you guys for taking your time to help me.
I have done the copy and paste method and the premiere porject import. The premiere project is so far the closest to what I’m looking for. Then again those darn transitions is whats messing everything up. If I try to bring my after effects stuff back into premiere I also get problems there (ie. Adjustment layers dont exsist/work in premiere, and many effects dont correspond like curves which is a big one I use.)
I know I can make custom transitions in AE. Are there stock transition that I can just drag and drop and mess with the parameters?
What about a .XML? I know it’s mostly used for final cut, but will it take care of the transition problem?

yeah i know about the dynamic link. the only problem is that i can only do one clip at a time to bring over. if i select all of them, it puts the clips into one compressed comp so i can’t make edit changes after the fact.
is there a script for dynamic link that lets me select all and comp them yet keep them seperate? if i have 200 cuts… i dont want 200 compositions in after effects…

Hey Dave thanks for the response. Yeah unfortunately the 5d i was using didn’t have the firmware update, so I had to use 30p as it was he only option.

Thank you guys for the replys. I’ll start with Ted. Yes my video is fully edited. I know of a way to bring in entire timelines, but I would like to take advantage of the adobe dynamic link system, so my grades update instantaniously in PPro.
Walter unfortunitly I am an ametuer and a student. Resolve is out of my price range, and I’m on a PC so color is out as well. For grading I am using Colorista II. A very powerful grading solution for the cheap mans computer. The thing is with that plugin, it can take advantage of after effects because it can use its custom wheels and gizmos. After effects is not the most efficiant workflow for grading, but it’s the best I got.
Again thank you both for your replys. Hopefully I can find a solid workflow.
