Aight so I had this problem too and to solve it is quite simple. Just:

Choose Edit > Select > Exit Expanded Edit Mode.

That should do the trick

Never mind, I just realised that I had to deselect “expand track layers” and now everything’s back to normal. Thanks anyway 🙂

I’m kinda new to “sony vegas” language and I’m currently using pro 13 so please be more specific
