” transcode the media to an edit-friendly codec (i.e., Cineform, Pro-res) and relink.”

the main issue I have I presume is the sanyo clips vs premiere 2019 codec incompatibility while sanyo clips vs premiere 2018 is OK

some frames are dropped even playing the sanyo clips on the timeline before the export

please DO NOT IGNORE the fact that my sanyo clips works fine in Premiere 2018.
So nothing wrong with sanyo files at all.
The problem is Premiere 2019 which doesn’t support my sanyo codecs since 2018

input : sanyo camera, mp4, 29 fps, 1080p, other camera clips (1080, 29fps and/or 25 fps, mp4)
timeline: 1080p 29fps, mp4 or mov

-some audio and video frames from sanyo are lost during rendering,
-other camera clips : no problem

export settings: varies: h264, custom, 1920×1080, target bit rate / maximum bit rate: 7/10 or 12

I’d like to emphasize the fact that :

IMPORTANT:
Regardless of whatever different timeline settings and export settings I have:

– – Several audio/video frames are dropped in sanyo camera clips if 2019 Premiere Pro used
ok with other camera settings if 2019 Premiere Pro used

– – NO problems with sanyo clips or other camera clips if 2018 Premiere Pro used

It looks like I have to start learning that Magic Bullet Looks for future use.

For an immediate need, I have to find some quick alternative preset for a happy dream sequence immediately I couldn’t manage to get it worked like it was mentioned in the video I referenced in my first post

As I said before, I don’t have enough knowledge to follow it unless anyone has some kind of ” presets” please.

Thank you Duke, very valid question
I’ll keep the source file and the Premiere pro project file OK
On the other hand, I am not the editor, and I may not be having the premiere pro let’s say in a year or two time
Considering I may not access to the person who does my editing right now, as well as premiere a year later

I rather have the output video file as a backed up copy.
Does that make sense?
