    I finally made it!!!!

Step 1: Use the easy set up to “reset all setings to HDV 1080i60”. Then, chage only what you need to adjust.

Step 2: Make a brand new sequence and copy paste al the clips from the old one.

Step 3: Erase all the audio render files.

    Step 3: Export
Select the sequence and go to File>Export>QuickTime Movie…
    Setting: Current Settings
    Include: Audio and Video
    Markers: None
Recompress All Frames: Checked!!! (this is very important).
    Make Movie Self-Contained: Checked

    Hi
Excuse me for my “foreign” english 🙂
I also have the same problem. I don’t know the cause but… I am sure it is related to long clips.

If you want to make a DVD you can fix the audio sync in DVD STUDIO PRO.. Because it is a separate file. Just adjust the audio clip in the track.. “Clip start trim” or “Clip start”.

The second solution is to make smaller clips and then put them together in DVD STUDIO PRO.

The next test (every test take a long time) I will do is to uncheck the drop frame option from the sequence preferences / timeline options tab. I think that could be the cause, but it is just a silly guess.
