Hi … the original post in this thread actually came from me (I was logged on through a friend) …

I tried your suggestion (and also tried correcting the timecode & key number info in the original Cinema Tools database to conform to the actual captured clips) — but in both cases I got (identical) haywire cutlists. For some reason, although the preferences in the database specifies 30ND timecode and telecine rate of 24fps, the new lists say that all clips in the sequence are at the wrong speed and the lists are calculated at 30fps, which totally throws off shot length and key number …

At this point, I’m going to start a new project, reimport the original lab transfer logs (hopefully without the added frames at the head of the clips) and recapture my media. Of course this means recreating my cut, but it looks like it’s the only option …
