I rendered both versions now with virtual dub.
I simply dont really understand.
the source file has 6,5gb.
The uncompressed method has 35gb.
The magic yuv method has 6,4gb (nearly the same as source file).
But which method has better quality for sony vegas?

my video is 200fps
my project is 60fps.
that means that smart resampling has a effect. thank you for that, I learned sth new.
my question is still unsolved tho >.<

I just thought: when I turn rsmb on and also smart resample then it would look more smooth, because they both do kinda the same(?) I guess. What negative effects would result if I turn both on? I turned smart resampling and rsmb on but my eyes can’t really see a bad thing. maybe I get worse quality perhaps?
