OMG!!!!!!! I FIGURED IT OUT how to change position after rigging.

1. At the beginning of your timeline, ZERO EVERY KEY FRAME
2. UNLINK everything, and take pictures or screenshot it to remember.
3. select all of the position keyframes.
4. MOVE AWAY.
5.ZERO EVERY KEY FRAME AGAIN at the beginning of your timeline.
6.LINK BACK EVERYTHING.
7. THERE YOU GO!
