Hey thanks a lot everybody, I stopped the interlacing by switching my tv to 720p as opposed to 1080i.

Frame Size: 1280 x 720
Do not allow source to adjust frame size
Profile: Baseline
Entropy Coding: CABAC
Frame Rate: 29.970 (NTSC)
Field Order: None (progressive scan)
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0000
Bit Rate: 8,000,000When the clip moves around you can see some type of motion blur. Maybe its interlacing, maybe its not. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Uploaded at 7 pm est with a 30 minute delay time.

When I am ready to render the clip in Vegas, I use these settings:Save Type As: Sony AVC
Video Format: AVC
Frame Size: High Definition (1280×720)
Profile: Bassline
Entropy Coding: CABAC
Frame Rate: 29.970 (NTSC)
Field Order: None (Progressive Scan)
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0000
Bit Rate: 8,000,000
