“If we made a cut ın somewhere on video synchronize is changing.”

Sorry, but it’s a bit hard to understand what you mean by this. You have the audio and the video in a timeline, and you selected them both and “synchronized” them, yes? Are you saying that when you make a cut in the video, some of the clips move and become unsynchronized?

Weird. Just to be clear, is the clip shifting to the right on the timeline, or is the image shifting to the right within the frame?
(I don’t see the image you included in your post.)

  • Might not help, but just an idea:
Is After Effects still open when you’re rendering in Premiere? It might have a hard time rendering a dynamic-linked clip if it thinks that clip is actively being edited in AE at the same time. This shouldn’t be an issue, but just in case, try quitting AE while rendering the clip in Premiere.

  • Yes, that is how I usually cover things if the situation is simple and there are no lighting changes, but what I’m trying to figure out here is how to do this without freezing the frame in order to create the mask. If I just create a patch using a clean portion of the surface (freezing time in order to do so,) then it will not blend in with all of the light changes occurring on that surface.

I just discovered “Track Mask”, which is very close to what I’m looking for, but it still feels clunky. I want to be able to track a clean section of wall and apply the mask to those tracking points to create the patch, and then pickwhip that patch onto a different tracking point/null object.
