Jeff if using premier pro 2.0 how do you burn to dvd 2 1/2 hrs of video from pp 2.0 , tried both single and dual discs but dont know what settings should be, can you help?

trying to burn 2 1/2 hrs to a dual 8.5gb disc but burn button not highlighted presets need to be changed but to what ?
