If you want a more mechanical look, you could break up the tentacles into segments and using a system of parenting you could get things to look pretty wild.

The latest Wacom Tablet driver is 6.0.8. If you have problems with Wacom site, use VersionTracker.com.

I have a Logitech G5 with my Mac. I had to purchase USB overdrive to take full functionality but it is great.

Another book you might want to check is Angie Taylor’s Creative After Effects. Lots of good stuff in there.

What sort of system are you on (Windows or Mac)?
Do you have the latest drivers from Wacom?

Just doing a quick test comparing the two demos and I think I’m going to stick with my intial request for StarGlow. The effects appeal more to my liking and with more support found on the cow along with Trapcode’s own tutorials I feel more comfortable.
Compare for yourself and determine the results.

Have you tried zapping the parameter RAM? I was having some problems with my G5 2.7 and then I zapped the parameter RAM and reset the power manger. There is a little button (very tiny) near the RAM modules that you can press and then re-hook up everything. That solved my problems.

Are you sure it was ProAnimator not Stackwerks? Stackwerks allows for 3D primatives and is only for Motion and FinalCut. I would assume you can use ProAnimator as a plug-in because it is a standalone app.
