    I have updated my PDW-U1 to Version 2 but am unclear how to archive ex footage to a disc. I have tried straight copy and using clip browser but no luck. I thought you can put any type of media on xdcam disk. Has anyone else done this and what is the procedure?

    Tim, i have updated my pdw-u1 and it all looks like it should write, but when i go to tranfer a file it says i need permission. I am logged in as administrator. Is there something i am missing? Thanks for any help.

    You just need to add to the track above everything and crop the bottom to 99. ALso make sure timeline specs are 720×486.

    that should do it.
