I did everything according to Vegas help; imported the .scc file and then ran the “Promote Media Closed Captioning” script. I printed the avi file to a tape, took it to master control (where we have a CC decoder) and there was nothing. Tried an outside tape that had CC and that was fine. Did i miss something?
