This playback stuttering problem is also happening to me too all of the sudden especially on transitions. The only way I’ve kinda gotten through them is to keep switching back and forth between “Use playback settings” and “Full Quality” in the dropdown menu from the RT button on your timeline. If you keep switching back and forth between the two modes it eventually stops stuttering. This is not really a good solution to the problem but its the only thing I can do till I figure out the real issue.
