Ha I figured it out (but still confused)

The culprit is Group effector. I have all the inheritance stored in group, and applied group to fracture (which contains all cubes) , this way it works just fine in review window, but all moment between keyframes doenst get rendered.

If I remove the group and put all inheritance in fracture individually, this renders just fine. This is really strange, does anyone know why is that?
