    Sorry for delay.

    We will be shooting on:

    -CANON 5D MARK II (MK2)
    -CANON VIXIA HV30

    We will be doing some test shots before any interviewing to settle on the ‘look’. We will be mixing animation and effects into the documentary too. We are testing various lighting set-ups and also the set-up for shooting some interviewees in front of a green screen to see how well the animation works with both shooting set-ups (live set vs. green screen).

    I believe we will edit in Final Cut, with effects added in After Effects.

    Thanks. Great info. Will read up more on the pixel aspect resolution.

    Do you have a good resource (book or weblink) you’d recommend for learning more about pixel aspect resolution?

    Thanks that helps. We will do some tests with the 10-bit uncompressed & the PNG (I should have some alpha ch work).

    We were going for 29.97 frame rate…..uh oh? Should we change it all up?
