Great..Thank you.

I was clear with the avid support guy that I had logged – not captured – and wanted to change my settings prior to capture..
I knew there was something wrong when he suggested I capture and transcode from DV 25..

I guess not pickins are slim in the work pool these days.

Also – when I went to the help guide there was no info I could find. Some Help Guide!

It’s an AVI file.

The codec for it is Pinnacle YUV-which we recently loaded on MC (yes-we rebooted) but still no cigar!

We are using version 6.5.2 QT.

perhaps QT 7 will be better.

It imports the file but there is no video-just a white blank image.
The other AVIs from the Matrox discreet import fine.

So I was able to import a matrox AVI over through the network and into MC.
I then tried importing a Targa AVI, which I have much more clips in this format, and I got no picture. Am I not clicking on a setting or do I have to do something else?
