I’m also running into this problem. I’ve got a 5.1 project that needs to have final delivery channel order as:

L R C LFE Ls Rs

…but the export order out of Premiere is:

L R Ls Rs C LFE

…and I can’t figure a way to override that. I’ve tried to do a workaround by setting up my sequence as a 6 channel multichannel, then exporting multichannel audio, but there isn’t an option to export 6 channels – just 5 or 7. So I’m exporting 7, bringing my master file into Avid, then removing the empty 7th audio channel, and exporting DirectOut. Super convoluted!

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
