Yes, it is included but it is implemented in a peculiar fashion, as a sort of a live-updating plug-in/bridge for AE. You launch the C4D interface from the AE file menu>New>MAXON CINEMA 4D File. Then you bring it in to AE as an Effect: CINEMA 4D>CINEWARE.

Once you’ve switched the view, use the camera zoom tool. You can zoom out as far as you want.

If you simply want to illuminate the wall with what is being shown on the TV, I would suggest making a copy of the footage, masking it so that just the TV screen is shown, then enlarging it, blurring it massively and compositing with the wall in Screen or Add mode.

The Displacement Map is animated in your example. It is probably a soft fractal noise.

Unless you specifically want to use markers, you could also keyframe the Source Text value on one layer and then link the others to it.

I do two relatively minor revision rounds at the original fee, after which I charge an hourly fee for extra changes. If the job turns out to be something completely different, I renegotiate before continuing.
You can still send them a bill, if you delivered what they originally asked for and you have the original brief in writing.
