Having the same problem, Vince, if I am able to send you my project file, could you possibly fix it if it worked for Chris? I cleared the media cache, changed the file locations, opened Auto Save files, EVERYTHING. Still stuck at 90% loaded. Thanks.

Ok, I understand. Im using Quicktime Pro to export the mp4. What is the best format to export for CS3? What bitrate and settings would be optimal for editing?

Sorry, It is coming from a hauppauge HD PVR, 13.5 constant bitrate 720p ac3 audio encoding.
