Yes I guess that would work, the main downside is that all of the media is of course organized into dozens of folders in my browser and trying to take all the clips out of their folders and put them back in would take a lot of time. Does that make sense? If there was some quicker way to do it that would be awesome as I’m stuck with a very limited schedule on this episode.

No, the sequences are the same time base, although there are clips in the sequence that have different fps, but there doesn’t seem to be any relation to the clips with this problem, both 23.98 and the 29.97 clips have experienced the problem.
