Thanks for the respons. The gouraurd shading was throwing me off, it doesn’t change according the the designated shape. You only see it when its rendered.

Thanks guys, could you go into more detail. I think I set it up right, but when I try to view through the camera, it gives a non perspective right view or top view. What I am doing wrong?

Thanks. I tried that, there was a lot of overlapping of duplicated objects around bends. I had some trouble figuring out the rail path. I ended up getting something close by making a large section and using the bend tool, although it doesnt offer as much control as I wanted. Thanks again

unfortunately I do not own Mograph, from what I read it seems like that would work, but I cant afford to buy that right now.
