    I have been having exactly the same issues as you. So you are not alone here!
    I am using CS6… I’ve tried everything without succeed.
    I am stumped as you are.

    I was hoping to find answer here but no one replied, bugger!

    I will continue to find a way to get this working, once I have figured out… I’ll reply here! And hope you would do the same.
