Is there somewhere you could point me to so that I can do my own research on how to make a quality low bitrate stream?

Yeah thanks. That’s what I did. I like the 512 it looks good and it’s not a huge file. I was mainly wondering if that would be able to be seen on a dial-up connection or if I should go one step lower?
