    Hi bogiesan,

    Thanks for reply.

The source material is a finished DV PAL 48kHz video, which already went ON AIR in the past with proper settings. Now at the re-editing phase we see (hear) this problem with one of our machines.

The time code is always the same. The drift only appears after a while, no matter where the starting point is.

The sequence setting is the same as the video – Quicktime DV PAL 48kHz.

The hardware is a 4 core Mac Pro, so it should have enough processing power.
The audio is being monitored through the built in sound card.

It’s working the opposite way like the problems made by different sample rates (eg. sequence is 48kHz, video is 44.1 kHz) The exported video is OK, but the audio is drifting on the timeline.

    THX!
    Jozsef

    Thanks!

Good idea, I will try it tomorrow. But does this means we can not use two monitors with this setup?

    Hi!

We just got a Mac Pro Quad with Nvidia Quadro Fx 4500. Brand new Leopard install form the drop in DVD. FCS2 install worked fine. Multibridge Pro was taken into slot 4, and the system mixed up the video card with the Decklink. Final Cut gave the message that we need to use a Quartz Extreme capable video card. Multibridge Pro only works in slot4, but the same message is given in all the time we put the Decklink card into the right slot.

    Do you have any idea?

    Thx!
    J
