Cinema Tools worked perfectly for me. I conformed my 59.94 720p H.264 files from my Canon T2i to 29.97. It was very fast with no loss of quality. Before you conform any files, make sure you’ve made copies of any files you wish to keep in their original, higher frame rate. It’s very easy to take a 59.94 file and bring it down to 29.97, but it’s not so simple to go the other way. Good luck!
