i am having this issue and customer support has been no help. i gave one dude AGAM, remote access. he fiddled around for awhile and then just shut down my computer hahha. anyways, what the hell is the issue here? while watching him work on my computer he seemed to think it had something to do with my audio files. I deleted them and tried and the same error came up. i do not have any subtitles in my project. its a wedding video. any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my first project with premiere and the adobe cc and im not off to a very good start.
