Since I normally have my preview window set to “Preview/Auto”, I just leave it on that setting and it will give you the same quality as “Best/Full”. I just tried all the “Auto” settings (Draft, Preview, Good, Best) and they all gave me the same results as “Best/Full”. Just stay away from the “Half” and “Quarter” settings and you should be fine.

I think you can only have it in the “Timeline Toolbar” (Option/Customize Timeline Toolbar…).

In DVDA options/preferences/Burning tab make sure to uncheck use legacy drivers. That’s the only way I can burn from DVDA.

Possibly you have your preview settings too high. I leave mine set to Preview (Auto).

Yeah, I may check with Sony to see if they’ll let me purchase for the bargain price. I was hesitant to pull the trigger since with TP in Vegas 11 it was so unstable. Hopefully the kinks have been worked out.

    Thanks for the info!

So, from Vegas 13 I open the NewBlue Titler and it shows version 1.0 (trial version). When I click “Activate Product” it takes me to the website showing NewBlue Titler Pro for Windows at $99.99 (enter code to save an additional $20).

I guess I have the option to purchase the version 1.0 for $80. Since I already purchased Vegas 13, I cannot purchase the upcoming version 3 for $99, right?

Thanks Ryan for asking & John for answering a question of mine. No more lost frames!

[John Rofrano] “I drag the AVCHD folder from the root of the card into the new folder on my archive drive.”

John, does this mean dragging all the folders from your camcorder or SD card so you capture all the info?

After performing a clean reinstall of Vegas, TimeWarp performs flawlessly. The issue was never with Vasst TimeWarp or Sony Vegas – just some garbage on my system that is now gone. Sorry if I alarmed anyone! 🙂
