The other piece of this is that the audio files are locked as “mono” instead of “stereo as mono.” The audio tracks are also locked as mono. What I just started doing is duplicating the audio file, and adding two timelines, then audio mapping the duplicated file and placing it on the new timeline, then wiping out the original files. It still isn’t syncing automatically, though, because when I place the file on the timeline, the “snap to” line appears red instead of white, because some of the wave files come to a half a frame, so I have to go in and tweak them.
