    What i finally have done was makeing an action on PS to change the jpeg sequence to a tga sequence and it works…

    Same problem importing a jpeg sequence from 3dmax…

    All the problems that i had:

    It seems with a lower resolution (don’t depend of the aspect ratio)
    jpeg sequence jumps (sometimes goes 1 frame before)
    DO NOT RESIZE the sequence the problems will increase
    The look of the composition is lower than the final Output (don’t depend of resolution, always Full).

    I’ve tried to solve it with the frame blending and all the posibilities of interpreting the footage. No way to solve it… (with frame blending RENDER is so slowly, more than 5 times slowly with 2*3ghz Quad Core with Multiprocessor On)

    Few versions ago AE had the possibility of interlace or deinterlace sequences.

    I solve if importing the sequence to Combustion and Interlacing it or importing the sequence to an AVID
