My client wants HDV tapes, and all I have is Pansonic HVX200.
What is my easiest way around?

Hello

I am trying to do the same thing, but recording live into a deck (sony HD700 Walkman).

Maybe you need to download first into your local drive and then make a copy into
the external drive. I get drop frames when working directly into an external HD>

What is the best way to go when a client wants HDV tapes
and I am shooting HVX200?

I bought the sony GV-HD700 walkman thinking I would be able
to record realtime, without going through P2 cards or Hard Drives.

I can’t get it to work….

any ideas ?
