i have the same problem. i would like to attempt to resolve this problem by

“the I-Frame Only MPEG.epr as the preview setting, and this needs to be changed to Microsoft AVI.epr”

but i couldnt find the I-Frame Only MPEG.epr within notepad. can anyone tell me where I could find this file.
