Yes, I did that. But it didn’t worked. I just think won’t fix my problem, because I have done it lots of time even my OS X.

I see that I have forgotten to add this information:

When I reset my workspace, then everything is ok. But when I start to work for a while then the problems are starting to appear. Like, when I create a new sequence and then create another title, my titler is messed up.

Thanks for your reply Jon.

Unfortunately it didn’t worked. Since I already tried to reinstall Premiere Pro and even my OS I don’t think it will work this time. I have a MBP from last year and my drivers are all updated. Could it be a hardware problem? Then I’d better go to the Apple store.

I have installed CS3 to check and I have the same problem there.
Could it be a collision of Premiere Pro with some other software?
